Valiant PEI VAT002G30 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced amorphous PEI resin with standard flow and a Tg of 217°C. This grade offers the highest strength and stiffness in the Valiant glass-filled series—tensile strength 170 MPa and flexural modulus 8,800 MPa—making it suitable for demanding structural applications where metal replacement is desired. Valiant has achieved kiloton-scale production, providing a reliable domestic alternative to imported grades such as Ultem 2300. Inherently flame retardant (UL94 V-0).
