Overview
Valiant PEI VAT002HF is an unreinforced amorphous PEI resin with a high Tg of 217°C and improved flow characteristics (MFR 10–16 g/10 min). This grade is specifically designed for applications requiring enhanced processability—thin-wall molding, long flow paths, and complex geometries. It retains the excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties of standard PEI while offering easier mold filling. Available in natural (VAT002HF) and black (VAT002HFBK).

Applications

  • Thin-wall electrical connectors and housings

  • Complex electronic components

  • 5G infrastructure parts requiring intricate designs

  • Automotive sensor housings

  • Parts with long flow paths or difficult-to-fill geometries
